Supervise all activities of the project and ensure full compliance to project plans and specifications
Oversee inspection personnel
Ensure all reports, documentation, and payments are processed in an accurate and timely manner
Qualification
Required
Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Landscape Architecture, and/or NYS Professional Engineer License
Minimum of five (5) years construction management experience
3 years of experience working as a Resident Engineer
Must be conversant with City specifications
Preferred
P.E. preferred
NY PE License preferred
