Sr. Sales Engineer

Responsibilities

Pre-sales Support: Partner with the sales team to understand customer needs, tailor solutions, and deliver technical presentations that clearly explain the capabilities and benefits of our AI solutions
Customer Engagement: Engage directly with customers in meetings, presentations, and workshops to understand their technical challenges and provide effective solutions
Technical Consultation: Provide technical guidance and support during the sales cycle, ensuring that proposed solutions meet customer requirements and align with their business objectives
Solution Design: Assist customers in defining and designing AI-driven solutions that integrate seamlessly with their existing systems and workflows
Documentation & Reporting: Prepare technical documentation, including solution architectures, technical proposals, and requirements gathering reports
Collaboration: Work closely with the customer success engineering, sales operations and product teams to provide feedback from customers and help shape future product enhancements

Required

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related technical field
Strong customer-facing skills with 10+ years of relevant technical, customer-facing experience (such as Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or Technical Account Manager)
Strong proficiency in programming languages, particularly Python
Proven expertise in AI technologies, including machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing (NLP), and/or computer vision
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner
Passion for innovation and a proactive attitude towards learning and adopting new technologies

Preferred

Understanding of AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow, with expertise in Generative AI and LLM applications preferred
Experience selling AI and/or general purpose compute Hardware or Silicon IP
