Design
Responsibilities
Create, manage, and produce projects in Advanced Technology, as well as other project types
Lead our multi-disciplinary teams from concept to delivery
Mentor junior architectural staff
Participate in business development pursuits
Generate work and create long-term client relationships
Develop, review, and approve proposals, reports, and contract documents
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree Architecture required
8-12 years of work experience in architectural design and planning within core markets
Demonstrated project management and supervisory experience
Success in developing new clients and maintaining strong client relationships
Exceptional interpersonal communication skills
Excellent organization, coordination, leadership, team-building and managerial skills
Preferred
Masters preferred, from a NAAB accredited university
NCARB preferred, but not required
Experience with SketchUp, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office preferred
Proficient use of Revit a plus
