Account Executive
Central is a payroll, benefits and compliance platform for startups, aiming to simplify the complex tasks associated with these services. As the second founding account executive, you will own the sales process and help scale the company by onboarding customers and managing leads.

Responsibilities
Close and onboard customers
Follow up and chase down leads
Prospect manually to drive pipeline
Master the product and competitive landscape
Serve as a consultant and give advice on best practices
Manage pipeline in Hubspot and maintain accurate records
Capture and share objections, feature gaps and notes from prospects with the rest of the team
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2 years of experience as a SDR/AE at a Seed or Series A startup
Consistent experience hitting quota
Must be able to take calls during Pacific time
Thrive in unstructured environments
Clear and confident communicator
Coachable with a strong desire to learn
Excited about helping startup founders / SMB owners
Preferred
Experience as a founder
Experience at a hyper growth startup at the early stage
Great Linkedin/Twitter presence
