Responsibilities

Develop and maintain web applications to support operations and transactional data
Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines and DevOps automation
Manage and maintain multiple deployment environments
Oversee application release management and troubleshoot deployment issues
Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance security, scalability, and performance
Work in a Production Environment

Required

10-15+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on system design and documentation
Previous experience in 24x7x365 environment desired
Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers by providing technical guidance, conducting regular 1:1s and performance reviews, and fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team culture
Knowledge of PCI/SOC compliance and security best practices
Proficiency in scripting (e.g., Shell) for automation
Strong programming skills in Python or Java or Go
Frontend experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript
Expertise in Restful APIs, cloud computing, and databases
Experience with DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines
Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills
