Responsibilities

Advising construction companies on construction development/transactional issues

Working with and advising corporate clients directly regarding construction matters

Drafting and negotiating construction documents, including AIA contracts and FIDIC contracts

Maintain strong, collaborative relationships with internal business partners and stakeholders

Qualification

Required

7+ years of experience as a construction lawyer, with a focus on construction law, contract negotiation, and project development

Proven experience managing construction-related disputes and litigation

Active bar license in good standing in the state in which you currently reside

Preferred

Complex commercial real estate experience is a plus, including real estate finance, leasing, and acquisitions and sales

Experience working independently and cross-functionally and taking on complex projects
