They are seeking a Warehouse Associate specializing in Returns to handle customer returns, maintain accurate records, and provide customer service while adhering to company policies.

Responsibilities
Handle customer returns and exchanges
Inspect returned items for defects and ensure they meet return criteria
Facilitate exchanges, or repairs by coordinating with other departments
Maintain accurate records of returns, including reasons for return and customer information
Provide helpful and efficient customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to returns
Ensure all return processes adhere to company policies and procedures
Update inventory records to reflect returned items
Resolve the disposition of returned products
Manage the return merchandise authorization (RMA) process, including issuing RMAs, inspecting merchandise, and sorting returned items
Follow up with customers regarding their returns
Receiving and unpacking incoming shipments
Verifying shipments against purchase orders
Entering received items into inventory management software
Maintaining accurate records of inventory levels, stock movements, and discrepancies
Performing regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy
Identifying and resolving inventory discrepancies
Ensuring a clean and organized inventory storage area
Assisting with stocking shelves or moving inventory
Maintaining accurate records of inventory transactions
Assisting clients with inventory counts and inventory verification
Answering customer inquiries and complaints related to inventory
Assisting with other duties as assigned
Packing and shipping items
Picking inventory for orders as needed
Qualification
Required
Excellent math and analytical skills
Attention to detail
Computer skills (familiar with excel)
Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
Ability to carry 50-75lbs
Previous experience in Inventory or Returns
Problem Solving skills
Knowledge of inventory management principles and best practices
Ability to work individually and in a team setting
Flexibility to work weekends
