Responsibilities

Proactively call prospective clients to generate new business

Persistently use traditional and creative methods to reach new points of contact with prospective clients to sell Educational & Therapy Services

Continuously generate client leads using high-volume calls and emails

Built and maintain an active pipeline of prospective clients

Educate prospective clients about Aya's differentiated Educational staffing services

Cultivate and maintain valuable relationships with prospective clients

Strive for continuous improvement and career advancement

Required

Bachelor's Degree (direct industry experience can be substituted)

Direct relevant experience in Educational Services & Therapy staffing sales required

Proven success in a metrics-driven environment

At least 3 years track record as a top producer in a sales position

Client-centered mentality and passion for customer service

Ability to relate to a variety of people and sustain meaningful relationships
