The Industrials Team is seeking an Investment Banking Associate to support senior bankers in transaction execution, conduct financial analysis, and participate in client management and marketing efforts.

Required

Three or more years of previous experience in M&A Investment Banking

Bachelor's Degree required (majoring in Business, Finance or Accounting)

Strong knowledge of accounting and financial modeling

Proven track record of strong transaction execution including presentations, financial analysis, transaction marketing documents and preparation of other materials

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Strong work ethic and organization skills

Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines
