Responsibilities
Assess needs and provide support with every refill
Coordinate drug delivery
Address any new insurance and/or copay challenges
Monitor for adherence
Work across the care continuum with other clinical and pharmacy team members including the clinical pharmacist, the prescriber, and the clinic staff to ensure concerns are resolved quickly
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience as a pharmacy technician
State pharmacy technician license or registration
High school diploma or GED required
Preferred
Nationally certified as a CPhT or equivalent
