Responsibilities
Build and manage the roadmap for Shift's data driven products
Work with product marketing and sales teams to design and launch new features
Actively seek out customer feedback and use it to improve our products and plans
Support the go-to-market teams with information and expertise on the product
Provide a product vision, distilled from insights into our users and market
Look for opportunities to help our customers with new solutions
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience as a Product Manager in the B2B, SaaS, and Insurance vertical space
You're capable of working with a team and building consensus and can also work well independently
Strong road mapping skills and ability to translate new initiatives to the technical product manager
Experience in the P&C insurance industry required
This is a Hybrid role and applicants need to be able to commute to our Boston office a minimum of once a week
