Make 100+ outbound calls daily to connect with potential clients struggling with tax or credit card debt
Use sharp communication and probing questions to assess client needs and qualify leads, ensuring only the best opportunities move forward
Transfer qualified calls to our expert sales closers, setting the stage for successful deals while maintaining a smooth client experience
Leverage cutting-edge CRM tools to track leads and document interactions
Build trust and rapport quickly, turning initial conversations into opportunities for life-changing financial solutions
Monitor your call metrics and conversion rates, collaborating with your team to smash daily and weekly targets
Qualification
Required
0-1+ years of remote sales experience (call center, outbound sales, telemarketing, or B2C)
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build trust over the phone with empathy and confidence
Ability to thrive in a high-volume environment, juggling multiple calls while staying organized and focused
Tech-savvy, comfortable navigating CRM systems and Microsoft Office to manage leads and data
Coachable mindset, eager to learn and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced setting
