Responsibilities

Respond to and resolve alarms relating to utilities systems using technical knowledge. Ensure that all actions performed are properly documented

Perform preventative maintenance on utilities systems. Ensure that these tasks are performed according to the relevant standard operating procedure and appropriately documented

Perform daily checks, data logging, and system monitoring for utilities systems

Maintain and organize records and historical data

Evaluate concerns with utilities and communicate to leadership as necessary while providing feedback about proposed resolutions and ideas for improvement. Help create and execute change control documents

Clean and maintain GMP in utilities areas

Help with the creation and revision of standard operating procedures for tasks involving critical utilities
