HR Recruiter
jdcom is seeking an Entry-Level Recruiter to support high-volume hiring for warehouse operations in Edgewater Park, NJ. The role involves identifying, screening, and onboarding talent to ensure the warehouse is fully staffed.

Responsibilities
Support full-cycle recruitment for hourly warehouse roles (pickers, packers, forklift drivers, etc.)
Post and manage job ads on job boards, social media, and hiring platforms
Conduct phone screens and in-person interviews with candidates daily
Coordinate and schedule interviews and new hire orientations
Maintain candidate tracking and hiring reports using spreadsheets or applicant tracking systems
Partner with warehouse supervisors to understand staffing needs and shift demands
Attend job fairs and local hiring events as needed
Provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Qualification
Required
0–1 year of experience in recruiting, staffing, HR, customer service, or a related field
Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse setting and walking the floor regularly
Strong communication and organization skills
Able to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends during peak hiring times
Basic computer skills (email, Excel, and scheduling tools)
Preferred
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required
