Sales Development Representative
Parker Chomerics is a global leader of engineered material solutions for EMI shielding and thermal management of electronic devices. The Sales Development Representative is responsible for leading the development of new customer sales to meet business objectives and ensuring a premier customer experience through effective relationship management and collaboration with internal teams.

Responsibilities
Serves as primary point of contact for a number of customers and responsible for all elements of customer management. Acts as customer advocate internally and represents entire division externally
Ensures customer requirements and contractual obligations are met and are in the best interests of Parker. Ensures that the cost basis and/or pricing is correct by evaluating resource requirements and utilizing expertise of internal Parker teams
Leads the development of program plans covering mature and new product development programs. Participates in program planning efforts; directs all phases of programs throughout the program lifecycle
Ensures successful customer relationships by responding to all customer requests and serving as the primary point of contact for all product activities, status, escalation, and problem resolution
Serves as key host, presenter, and facilitator at major program reviews. Ensures meeting actions are documented, communicated, and executed
Acts as a consultant to management on specific programs or overall program management. Establishes goals and objectives required to complete programs. Provides mentoring within program management and leadership to varied project teams
Maintains professional and technical/product knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing technical/specialty publications, and/or participating in professional associations. Shares specialized knowledge with others and serves as a resource on customer program management principles and practices
Evaluates and monitors competition and recommends strategies for market share growth for global customers
Collaborates closely with product line management, operations, and sales, to assure plans are aligned and executed
Develops marketing programs and campaigns to attract potential customers and drive new opportunities in current customers
Supports sales cycle with key deliverables including, presentations, project management, and other collateral to support sales team
Drive sales team to penetrate key accounts and coordinate global efforts to close new business opportunities
Qualification
Required
4-year Bachelor's Degree in engineering, sciences, business or related field required
0-2+ years of experience of demonstrated ability to perform the essential customer management functions of the job
Comfortable managing through change and working in a fast-paced dynamic environment
Demonstration of excellent writing and presentation skills to internal and external audiences
Proven success in managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously within short timelines
Must be a US Citizen or have US Permanent Resident Status
Travel up to 25% of time
Preferred
MBA or advanced degree a plus
Solid knowledge of marketing practices and strategies with emphasis on customer acquisition and retention a plus
Demonstrated knowledge of contracts and pricing agreements to facilitate customer contract negotiations a plus
