Responsibilities
Evaluate insurance broker submissions to identify exposures and required coverages
Manage service and market placement of commercial insurance accounts
Maintain strong, dependable relationships with retail agencies and brokerages; conduct marketing calls as needed
Communicate and negotiate with insurance carriers and retail brokers
Demonstrate broad knowledge of commercial insurance coverages and available markets
Identify suitable markets for coverage needs and request quotes accordingly
Prepare submissions and coordinate market placements
Review quotes and contract provisions to ensure coverage and compliance
Negotiate and bind new and renewal business in collaboration with the Broker
Ensure all required documentation is accurately maintained and attached to the appropriate policy or account
