Sales Digital Experience Manager: CPQ

Responsibilities
Ownership and responsibility your assigned set of Sales Related tools, solutions and broader Lenovo seller journey in the context driving improvements in effectiveness, adoption, and user experience (OSAT)
Enrich our Biding/ Quoting platforms to compliment new and existing processes to drive user experience and adoption
Drive key CPQ initiatives and actions to help deliver the committed targets on Rev, OSAT, TTQ , Adoption
Through various forms of survey feedback and more importantly direct user feedback (eg shadowing), identify process pain points and areas of opportunity in the seller journey to improve sales experience and value of our platforms
Provide actionable insights to business leaders and key stakeholders
Effectively package and communicate our improvements to all stakeholders and executives
Ensure end user training is updated including the communication of updates and improvements to sellers
Facilitate in troubleshooting sales process issues as they surface; propose changes to systems and processes to fix root causes; translating between the seller issue and backend support teams when not able to directly resolve
Promote effective communication between cross-functional team members and stakeholders through regular attendance at team meetings and advocating thru the lens of a seller
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field (master's degree a plus)
5+ years of experience in B2B sales and/or sales enablement roles with Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ)
Preferred
Experience managing cross-functional projects and collaborating with diverse teams
Experience with data analysis, reporting, and dashboards
Strong understanding of Quoting, Pricing and contracts management
Strong understanding of B2B product configurations
Strong understanding of B2B sales and marketing processes
Experience with popular B2B CPQ systems for PC, Server and Services Business
8+ years of experience in B2B sales and/or sales enablement roles
Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
Project management experience is a plus
Strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on innovation and practical solutions
Proficiency in analyzing sales data to derive actionable insights and continuously improve the sales process
Strong communication skills to train, guide, and support sales teams in using sales tools effectively
Ability to balance technical and business requirements and deliver results on time and within budget
Knowledge of user experience, data analytics, automation, and workflow optimization
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
