We’re hiring an AI Data Scientist to join the team, where you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the product by developing AI-powered assistants and building infrastructure for real-time AI interactions.

Responsibilities
Enhance AI Agent and Chat Capabilities – Develop AI-powered assistants that help our customers run their small businesses
Deploy & Scale AI Features – Build infrastructure and pipelines to support real-time AI interactions in a production environment
Experiment & Iterate – Prototype new AI applications, evaluate their performance, and continuously refine them based on user feedback
Work closely with our engineering, product and operations leaders, contributing strategically and playing a key role in the product development process
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, or NLP-related data science roles
Strong analytical skills with the ability to break down complex, unstructured problems and derive insights from data
Experience with embeddings, vector databases, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) for search and recommendation systems
Familiarity with LLMs and NLP techniques, including prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and evaluation
Proficiency in Python and experience with ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face
Experience working with structured and unstructured data using SQL, pandas, and other data processing tools
Experience in an Agile Scrum environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Team player with a passion for learning
