Responsibilities

Provide leadership, development and training to a cross-functional team
Establish the overall strategy and direction for the sales engineering department. Leads change management efforts when modifying the department strategy
Develop key leadership relationships to ensure collaboration between the sales engineering team and National Engineering and Technical Operations (NETO)
Develop operations budgets and manage organization sizing according to the number of products and channels supported
Provide leadership and guidance to the divisional and regional teams on product development direction and optimized solution options for cost-effective construction and service delivery
Establish department processes and procedures and make necessary modifications to improve sales effectiveness and cycle time reduction
Stay abreast of competitive landscape and emerging technologies to best position Comcast in the marketplace
Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance
Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary

Required

Proven experience in designing and implementing complex, enterprise-grade technology solutions
Skilled in engaging with C-level executives to effectively communicate Comcast Business's value proposition, aligning advanced service offerings with strategic business objectives
Bachelor's Degree
15 Years + relevant work experience
