Massage Therapist
Four Seasons is an operator of a chain of hotels, resorts, and residence clubs. The Massage Therapist position performs body treatments according to established protocols ensuring all guests experience pure peace and relaxation.

Responsibilities
The ability to follow proper payroll procedures
The ability to be on time and conscientious, keep the spa management informed in case of issues or tardiness
The ability to ensure cleanliness of his/her uniform. Must have a professional appearance throughout his service make-up, hairstyle, and varnish as indicated by the standards
The ability to do indoor massage
The ability to provide a courteous, professional and warm attitude towards guests, leads, supervisors, managers and co-workers
The Ability to comply with hygiene and safety rules, quality criteria and procedures within the department
The Ability to be subject to a testing standard/mystery shopper in order to evaluate the application and the respect of the procedures which is incumbent on his/her position. These tests will provide an assessment
The ability to utilize the logbook and schedule chart
The Ability to perform other tasks or projects assigned by the Spa Management
The ability to keep your work area neat, clean and quiet at all times
The ability to utilize each of the rooms and provide information to guests about the services offered in the Spa as well as the Hotel
The ability to utilize/know each of the retail products safety and accurately
The Ability to report any minor or significant incident (glitch) to the Head of Department or his or her Assistants
The ability to respond properly in any hotel emergency or safety situation
The ability to perform other tasks or projects as assigned by spa management and staff
Qualification
Required
Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language; other language is a plus
Georgia massage therapist, holistic health practitioner
Must have the ability to perform deep tissue/sport massage, Swedish massage and reflexology massage
Must be able to participate in all training offered by the spa
Must have the ability to listen and understand guest needs, respect guest privacy, create an exceptional, customized and professional experience for our guests
