Responsibilities

Collaborate with Property Management, Public Affairs, Development, and Design & Construction on resident communication strategy across the portfolio

Manage direct relationships with 12+ tenant leaders

Plan and organize resident meetings

Present at meetings

Draft, design, and manage written communication / notice distribution

As needed, liaise with third-party stakeholders

Qualification

Required

Extensive experience in community organizing, social services/social work, or other client-facing role

Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint or willingness to learn

Knowledge of Yardi/RentCafe or willingness to learn a plus

Evening and weekend flexibility required

Preferred

Bilingual in Spanish, French, or Haitian Creole a plus
