Participates in continuous process improvement to assist department and company achievement of goals
Exhibits a high degree of customer service and professionalism
Follows standard operating procedures
Assists in other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications as well as medical office software
Experience in healthcare billing, credentialling, and/or contracting
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Excellent customer service skills
The ability to work in a fast-paced multi-task environment
Preferred
Experience in intake in the states of CA, OR, IN, IL, FL, or MO but not required
