Responsibilities
Provide excellent service to clients throughout all phases of the audit
Develop, train and mentor Associates and Senior Associates
Work closely with firm leadership
Play a key role in business development and firm administration activities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
CPA required
5+ years of experience in public accounting
Experience working with multiple industry groups across the Commercial sector, that include manufacturing and distribution, healthcare, technology, media and telecommunications, and professional services
Preferred
Master's degree in Accounting or related field
Proven ability to manage, mentor and develop staff
Strong relationship management and practice development skills
Ability to attract and service new clients and expand services to existing clients
Experience with a variety of industries and types of audits
