Responsibilities

Install, configure, and test operating systems and application software for customer orders

Collaborate with IT and security departments to set up customer VPNs and infrastructure

Monitor and test application performance, addressing issues with relevant teams

Maintain and monitor customer-owned equipment in a secure environment

Develop and maintain custom scripts to automate processes and enhance system efficiency

Participate in designing information and operational support systems

Coordinate with customers, vendors, and IT personnel during projects

Stay updated on industry changes and maintain professional and technical skills

Support the management of large-scale deployment networks

Ensure effective communication and resolution of issues throughout project lifecycles

Required

Completed Bachelor's Degree, trade school, or relevant work experience required
