The role involves supporting the target development process, conducting advanced collection and reporting, and enabling the F3EAD targeting cycle to drive intelligence collection support.

Responsibilities
Provide support and engage in the target development process in both CONUS and deployed environments in support of intelligence collection, CT and or counter proliferation
Conduct advanced collection, Processing, Exploitation, Dissemination (PED), reporting, and targeting using publicly available and commercially available data sources
Enable the F3EAD targeting cycle driving Intelligence collection support to target development and production
Qualification
Required
Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance
A minimum of six (6) years of experience as an intelligence analyst within the DoD or equivalent Government agencies is required with four (4) years at the operational level
Minimum of two (2) years of specific experience in OSINT/PAI exploitation, analysis, and reporting
Strong proficiency in the current suite of available all-source intelligence tools, databases, and repositories
Strong proficiency in the current suite of available specific OSINT/PAI tools, databases, and repositories, as well as OSINT research and methodology
Understanding of OSINT/PAI authorities, regulations, and policy
Strong written communications skills and proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of applications
Demonstrated experience preparing and delivering intelligence briefings at the Lieutenant Colonel (O-5) / GS-14 level or higher
Preferred
Prior experience providing OSINT analytic support to special operations
