They are seeking a Radar Modeling Engineer who will be responsible for developing and executing radar simulations, understanding customer requirements, and potentially leading a team to design and develop simulation solutions.

Responsibilities

Support the development and execution of radar and/or RF seeker simulations, add new capabilities to existing simulations, and deliver the simulations to both support internal analysis and as inclusion in deliverable simulations to our government customers and end-users

Understand customer requirements, demonstrate the capability to customers and stakeholders, and potentially lead a team of engineers and software developers to design and develop these simulation solutions

Prioritize new simulation tool capabilities while maintaining existing ones

Required

The candidate must be a US citizen and have a background that would permit the U.S. Department of Defense to issue a Secret clearance

Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor of Science degree in a technical discipline such as Engineering, Physics, or Mathematics

Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in the design of, or analysis of sensor systems, seekers, electronic warfare systems, or weapon systems

Strong people skills and technical leadership experience are a must

MATLAB and/or Python proficiency
