Seeking a full-time, experienced board-certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join its Providence Anchorage Primary Care team
Work closely with advanced practice clinicians in a team-based care model that also includes social workers, nurse case management and clinical pharmacists
Behavioral health is embedded in the clinic as well, with a psychiatrist and onsite pharmacy available to patients and to provide support for Primary Care teams
Qualification
Required
Experienced board-certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician
Preferred
2+ years of experience in Primary Care
