Responsibilities

Owning the complete sales cycle from start to finish—identifying prospects, building relationships, delivering high-impact presentations, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. Once a deal is closed, you’ll seamlessly hand off to our Forward Deployed Engineering team to ensure a smooth and successful onboarding experience for the client
Consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets (monthly, quarterly, and annual) through a mix of outbound prospecting, lead nurturing, and strategic account development
Building and managing a strong, diverse, and well-qualified pipeline, ensuring accuracy and visibility through detailed reporting and weekly pipeline review meetings. You’ll be expected to keep CRM data clean, updated, and aligned with forecasting goals
Engaging with stakeholders across all levels of client organizations—from C-suite decision-makers and technical buyers to compliance, legal, and operations teams. You’ll tailor your pitch and leverage value-based selling, storytelling, and live demos to align Skypoint’s capabilities with each stakeholder’s unique priorities
Collaborating closely with our Marketing team to design and execute highly targeted, multi-channel campaigns that generate qualified leads and accelerate sales cycles
Representing Skypoint at industry events, conferences, and client meetings as needed to strengthen relationships, build market awareness, and identify new opportunities

Required

5+ years of SaaS/software sales experience, with established relationships at the Director level and above
Proven track record of exceeding $1M+ ARR quotas, especially in complex, consultative selling environments
Strong outbound skills—you know how to generate your own pipeline through research, cold outreach, and smart networking
Ability to lead solution-driven sales conversations and translate tech into business outcomes

Preferred

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
Experience in healthcare SaaS sales, particularly in selling to health systems, payers, or life sciences
Familiarity with agentic AI platforms or solutions powered by Generative AI/AI agents
Prior experience working in a startup or high-growth environment
