Responsibilities
Travel locally in the Asheville area to meet clients in the community and their homes
Facilitate IOP, PHP, and MAT groups (day and evening), plus individual and family sessions
Provide substance use interventions for clients with SMI/SMPI and co-occurring disorders
Complete LOCAs, pre-authorizations, and utilization reviews in a timely manner
Develop individualized treatment plans, NCTOPPs, and discharge/aftercare plans
Maintain ongoing communication with families, referral sources, and support systems
Participate in treatment team meetings and staff collaboration
Rotate participation in emergency services/on-call coverage, including:
After-hours assessments
Crisis planning
Hospital diversion
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Active LCAS or LCAS-A required (LCAS-A candidates must be able to obtain full licensure within 90 days of hire)
Qualified Professional status per 10A NCAC 27G.0104
Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally
Preferred
ACTT, community-based, or co-occurring disorder experience preferred (not required)
