IT Project Administrator
Goldbelt Apex LLC is a data-focused company dedicated to process and quality in healthcare IT. The IT Project Administrator is responsible for coordinating the execution and documentation of IT projects, ensuring efficient resource use and on-time delivery while supporting the project team with status reports and scheduling.
Responsibilities
Coordinate day-to-day activities of IT projects to ensure tasks are completed according to timelines and project plans
Compile and distribute project status reports and dashboards to stakeholders and leadership
Organize and facilitate project meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, note-taking, and follow-up on action items
Track and update project schedules, milestones, and task progress using project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or equivalent)
Assist in identifying and analyzing systems requirements and defining project scopes, objectives, and deliverables
Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors to support successful project execution
Monitor project risks and issues and assist in developing mitigation strategies
Ensure proper documentation of all project phases including initiation, planning, execution, and closure
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical staff, business users, and external partners
Support project budgeting and procurement activities by tracking expenses and vendor contracts as needed
Maintain project documentation repositories and ensure version control for all project artifacts
Qualification
Required
Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to plan and deliver technical solutions independently
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Associate's degree
At least 2 years of related experience and scheduling and reports
Clearance: Public Trust
Citizenship: US Citizen by birth or naturalization
