Responsibilities

Own the growth of donor and organization awareness, onboarding and habit formation across our app, web and donation management platform
Drive mobile strategies that move donors from initial awareness to making their first donation
Accelerate organization activation by converting inbound leads and qualified sign-ups into organizations actively receiving donations within their first 30 days
Optimize conversion and retention through A/B tests, funnel analysis, and iterative experiments
Own the end-to-end product development process, ensuring high-quality releases with minimal bugs and regressions
Deliver high-quality product experiences in partnership with engineering, design, marketing and data science
Lead continuous discovery to identify, validate, and prioritize problems across the donor and organization journey
Partner with data science to design and execute experiment plans that validate hypotheses and drive product decisions
Collaborate with design to craft intuitive, delightful experiences that reinforce Givelify’s 5-star standard
Write detailed product requirements—including epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria—and partner closely with engineers to ensure smooth execution
Analyze behavioral data to guide prioritization and measure impact
Maintain a roadmap aligned with strategic business outcomes and customer needs
Collaborate with marketing and customer success to drive feature adoption and engagement

Required

Bachelor's degree in STEM (i.e., Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Finance, or Economics, etc.)
5 - 10 years of product management experience, including a minimum of 2 years focused on mobile apps
Strong fluency in UX principles with a track record of collaborating closely with designers to craft intuitive, user-centered experiences
Strong analytical background, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and influence product direction
Expertise with experimentation and behavioral analytics tools (Split, Amplitude, Mixpanel, etc.)
Deep knowledge of product discovery and user research techniques
Proven ability to drive complex projects from concept through delivery using Agile methodologies

Preferred

Advanced business degree such as MBA is preferred or relevant certifications is preferred
Experience building fintech or business intelligence products
