Enterprise Demand Generation Lead
Actively AI is a startup focused on building superintelligent machines for Enterprise GTM organizations to enhance productivity. The Demand Generation Lead will build the marketing engine from scratch, creating demand among enterprise sales organizations and designing integrated campaigns to convert leads into qualified opportunities.

Responsibilities
Implementing our marketing automation and connecting it with our CRM tools, ensuring a clean data layer between Marketing and Sales
Defining the lead lifecycle, including scoring, routing, and reporting standards
Establishing the dashboards and metrics that connect marketing activity to revenue outcomes
Running programs that get Actively AI in front of enterprise audiences through digital, content, and event-based campaigns
Partnering with the executive team to develop thought leadership, category content, and narratives that build market credibility
Executing paid and organic campaigns that increase reach and share of voice within our target accounts
Designing and executing account-based marketing programs for key enterprise segments
Leading integrated campaigns across paid media, outbound orchestration, events, and webinars to engage buying committees
Collaborating with Sales Development to ensure timely and effective follow-up on marketing-sourced leads
Measuring campaign performance and continuously optimizing for pipeline efficiency and ROI
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with a significant focus on enterprise demand generation
Proven ability to build a demand generation function from the ground up, including tools, processes, and reporting
Deep understanding of account-based marketing and experience running programs for enterprise sales motions
Strong grasp of the full marketing funnel and metrics that drive pipeline growth and revenue
Excellent collaboration and communication skills; comfortable partnering closely with Sales leadership and executives
A passion for combining creative storytelling with data-driven decision making to increase both brand visibility and pipeline creation
Self-starter with an enormous appetite for learning and ambition to build something great
