BIM Modeler
United Integrated Services (USA) is looking for a BIM Modeler to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our lead architects and engineers to develop design documents and create digital 3D models based on project needs. The ideal candidate will have experience in Building Information Modeling (BIM) or Visual Design & Construction (VDC) in a commercial construction environment, using REVIT or Navisworks to develop drawings.

Responsibilities
Interpret and understand architectural and structural drawings and details
Produce new drawings or edit existing prints based on system department needs and directions
Coordinate and monitor shop drawing submission schedule
Demonstrate an understanding or accurate drafting methods, layering, X-References, dimensioning, model space/paper space, viewports, and scaling
Ability to use REVIT and Navisworks to develop and monitor designs
Monitor and detect clashes within drawings, using Navisworks
Update models to reflect as-built conditions
Other responsibilities as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Engineering, or a relevant field
2+ years of experience in BIM/VDC coordination
Proficiency in REVIT, Navisworks, and AutoCAD
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams, etc.), and MS Power Apps
Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting or independently
Detail oriented, strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Preferred
Bilingual in Mandarin & English, preferred
