The Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) role involves working directly with customers to understand their needs and design solutions that integrate their data with Rilla's platform, while also owning end-to-end execution of high-stakes projects.

Responsibilities

Work directly with customers to quickly understand their greatest problems and design and implement solutions integrating their data with Rilla's conversational intelligence

Apply problem solving ability, creativity, and technical skills to help organizations use their data to drive real impact

Discuss data models and workflows with customer executives

Wrangle massive-scale data, hack integrations or full-stack features, and bring insights back to the rest of the team

Extend Rilla’s existing footprint and strategy into new markets and problem spaces

Required

Ability and interest to travel up to 50%, as needed to client sites
