Responsibilities
Creating and executing Project Plans, Meeting Agendas/Minutes and Status Reports; escalating when appropriate to deliver project tasks on time
Identifying resources needed and managing assigned resources, including 3rd party Field Technicians
Managing day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope
Effectively applying PMO methodology and enforcing the TNS Operational Readiness standards
Managing multiple projects at once with one week to multi-month life cycles
Collaborating with network engineers, datacenter technicians, clients, and internal stakeholders
Working with TNS’s vendors to ensure timely delivery of ordered services
Ensuring project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately
Tracking risks and creating contingency plans
Qualification
Required
very good spoken and written English
4-5 years of Technical Project Management experience in the IT/Telecom industry
Preferred
experience with datacenter infrastructure deployments
PMP certification
