Responsibilities
Support the food and beverage team in daily operations
Learn and follow food safety and hygiene protocols to ensure the highest standard of food quality and safety
Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for guests in dining areas and concession stands
Assist in menu planning, inventory management, and coordination with vendors and suppliers
Qualification
Required
Ability to perform each essential duty with energy and enthusiasm
Ability to learn and follow food safety and hygiene protocols to ensure the highest standard of food quality and safety
Ability to assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for guests in dining areas and concession stands
Ability to assist in menu planning, inventory management, and coordination with vendors and suppliers
Preferred
Currently enrolled in a degree program related to hospitality management, culinary arts, or a related field
Strong passion for food and beverage service with a desire to learn and grow in the industry
Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
