Responsibilities

Build and develop relationships with a variety of internal stakeholders to support the ad policy team’s work across the world
Continuously advocate for our customers by resolving ad policy escalations; demonstrating excellent judgment and creativity
Deliver internal training and ensure that training materials are up to date and localized
Track, analyze and report activities
Build new policies, refine existing policies and develop policy standards

Required

7+ years' experience in an ads regulator, risk management, compliance, policy enforcement or closely related field
7+ years' program or project management experience
5+ years' experience working with engineering teams
High level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex technical and metadata information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of technical and non-technical audiences

Preferred

Master's degree, law degree, or MBA
Proven experience working with metrics and data analysis
Proven experience working on digital advertising in a regulatory position
Proven experience with creative acceptance policies, advertising standards, or a related field
