The role involves driving agent engagement, providing training, and collaborating with various teams to improve the platform and services offered to agents.

Responsibilities

Drive independent agent engagement to increase the number of agents quoting our products on a monthly basis

Serve as a technical lead for the UI quoting platform for the Independent Agency channel

Host daily/weekly training webinars that may be pre-planned or in-the-moment

Provide excellent and timely customer service to agents

Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may come up with agents

Collaborate with Director and Marketing on content creation to help design innovative and effective solutions based upon agency feedback

Collaborate effectively and efficiently across functional teams to define needs and determine priorities

Qualification

Required

Gifted trainer with experience presenting to large groups

P&C insurance background preferred but will consider candidates without insurance experience

Extremely tech savvy and know how to leverage data and technology

Ability to handle important responsibilities and assignments with limited oversight
