Responsibilities
Servicing an existing client base
Creating and posting job ads in specialized media
Receiving applications, interviewing and assessing candidates, and creating shortlists
Presenting candidate submissions and shortlists to our Account Managers
Maintaining and growing a candidate lead database
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a healthcare recruiter or in a similar recruiting role, preferably in the healthcare or staffing industry
Knowledge of healthcare roles, specialties, certifications, and licensing requirements is highly desirable
Knowledge and management of selection, interview, assessment, and submission process
Strong sourcing and networking skills, with the ability to attract and engage passive candidates
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Strong teamwork and collaborative skills
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet recruitment targets in a fast-paced environment
Commitment to maintaining confidentiality, professionalism, and ethical standards in recruitment practices
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment tools, and Microsoft Office suite
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
