Responsibilities

As a part of an integrated cost estimating team, the Senior Cost Analyst / Cost Estimator will perform a variety of cost estimating and analysis support directly interfacing with program offices and assisting the development and presentation of management level briefings as needed

Additional support includes, but is not limited to, the areas of strategy development, scheduling, market research, evaluation criteria development, pre-solicitation documentation review, RFP documentation, Independent Program Review documentation, cost estimates and key decision point’s preparation, as well as trade studies and providing subject matter expertise during proposal evaluations

Required

Must have a minimum of ten years relevant experience designing, developing, building cost models and economic analysis tools

Experience in ground and space cost estimating is a major plus

Must have experience in parametric cost estimating, hardware and software cost estimating, life cycle cost analysis, cost estimating relationship (CER) development, ICEs, cost model development, cost risk assessment and analysis, cost-benefit analysis, and project forecasting

US Citizenship Required; TS/SCI with Polygraph Required

Bachelor's degree required, preferably in math, engineering, business, or the sciences
