Responsibilities
Input new work orders and customer selections into internal systems
Track and update delivery and installation schedules
Ensure purchase orders reflect correct pricing based on client contracts
Collaborate with field teams to revise orders based on job site measurements
Communicate with clients to clarify missing or incomplete information
Process change requests and maintain organized records
Maintain accuracy across email and order tracking systems
Perform administrative duties to support order workflow as needed
Qualification
Required
1–2 years of experience in customer service, order entry, or administrative roles
High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Clear verbal and written communication skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines
Customer-first approach and a problem-solving mindset
Willingness to be trained on company software systems
Preferred
Background in construction, home improvement, or cabinet production a plus
Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
