New Business Representative

As the first New Business Representative, you will drive growth by generating new business opportunities and collaborating closely with the product and engineering teams to provide market insights. This role demands a proactive approach to lead generation and a commitment to delivering results in a dynamic startup environment.

Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Proactively identify & convert new business opportunities through outbound sales activities
Qualification: Engage with prospects to understand their needs and determine fit
Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records and prioritize leads in Salesforce
Collaborate: Work closely with Founder (Austin) + GTM Lead (Skyler) to build & execute top of funnel strategy
Qualification
Required
Previously a top performing BDR and/or AE at a high velocity startup
At least >1 year of sales experience
Proficiency in Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other sales engagement tools
Motivated self-starter, eager to consistently take on new challenges & quickly scale their impact over time
Articulates value proposition effectively and deeply understands customer pain points
Collaborates seamlessly with sales, growth and operations
Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment
