Unify is a dynamic company focused on revolutionizing go-to-market strategies through innovative technology. They are seeking a Senior Software Engineer - Backend to lead the development of new products and establish the engineering foundation necessary for their growth.

Responsibilities

Shape both our product roadmap and engineering foundation working with a highly collaborative product, design and engineering team
Build new products using the latest and greatest tech such as such as TypeScript, Prisma, Temporal, PostgreSQL, Kubernetes, Pulsar, ClickHouse, LLMs, and more
Experiment, assess and integrate with various tech platforms and vendors that help us deliver value faster
Lay the foundation for our engineering standard so that we can successfully scale our team and business

Required

4+ years of software engineering experience
Track record of shipping high-quality products and features at scale
Ability to take high-level business/product ideas to deployed engineering solutions
Experience standing up and managing infrastructure
Comfortable and excited to mentor multiple engineers
Customer-obsessed, creative and hungry
Independent yet kind and highly collaborative
Willingness to go the extra mile to help team members

Preferred

Experience with TypeScript, Prisma, Temporal, PostgreSQL, Kubernetes, Pulsar, ClickHouse, LLMs
