Responsibilities

Maintains a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty with clients through-out and after the sale to ensure successful implementation and maximum customer satisfaction

Manages complex sales situations, influencing customers and defuse potential problems by using your knowledge of complex business challenges to identify solutions

Participates in monthly and quarterly sales meetings

Strategically manage daily dealership operations in collaboration with Account Managers, ensuring seamless execution of business processes and maintaining high operational standards

Foster and maintain strong, consultative relationships with dealership partners and clients, acting as a trusted advisor to support retention and satisfaction

Partner cross-functionally to enhance sales strategies and workflows, contributing to the continuous improvement of internal processes and supporting the implementation of scalable solutions

Maintain and operate existing accounts while actively identifying opportunities to grow sales

Restructure deals as needed to ensure alignment and value for all parties involved

Serve as a liaison of the funding team/titles team/remarketing/any operational teams, ensuring alignment between client expectations and funding capabilities
