Lead the pursuit effort for large-scale infrastructure projects, coordinating pre-construction, design, and estimating teams

Develop and submit technical and price proposal documents

Manage project contracts with owners, design, and construction partners

Oversee project risks and opportunities

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors

Collaborate with internal teams, developers, stakeholders, and design consultants to ensure project success

Actively participate in meetings with owners, developers, partners, and subcontractors

Manage project pursuit development, resource planning, and budgeting
