As the Senior Manager, Revenue Accounting - Revenue Operations & New Product Integrations, you will play a crucial role in operationalizing new products within the revenue accounting ecosystem and managing the implementation of a new revenue recognition system.

Responsibilities
Build scalable accounting processes to support growth in revenue
Take the “first stab” at evaluating the accounting implications of new products, identifying key accounting and operational risks and triggering involvement with technical accounting as needed
Lead the revenue accounting efforts for the integration of new products and services, ensuring accurate and compliant revenue recognition, including operationalization and month-end close procedures
Project manage the implementation of our new revenue recognition system, working closely with the vendor, technology, and other stakeholders
Develop and maintain revenue recognition policies and procedures related to new products and systems
Collaborate with product, engineering, sales, and legal teams to understand new product offerings and their revenue implications
Drive and manage other key revenue-related projects aimed at improving efficiency, accuracy, and compliance through the use of AI and other automation tools
Partner with technology & engineering to ensure data integrity and seamless flow of information between billing, the new revenue recognition system, and our ERP
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, CPA preferred
8+ years of progressive experience in revenue accounting & quote to cash processes, with a strong understanding of ASC 606
Experience in a public company environment with a focus on automation and systems
Proven experience in leading revenue accounting efforts for new products
Demonstrated success in project managing the implementation of revenue recognition or similar financial systems is a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams
Preferred
Experience working with Netsuite and Revenue Recognition systems is a plus
