Litigation Legal Assistant
Solomon Search Group, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and professional Legal Administrative Assistant to join their Tampa office. The role involves providing high-level administrative support to attorneys handling healthcare, government affairs, and healthcare litigation matters, requiring a strong understanding of legal procedures and excellent time-management skills.
Responsibilities
Prepare, format, and proofread legal documents and correspondence with a high degree of accuracy
Manage calendars, including scheduling court dates, deadlines, meetings, and appointments
Coordinate and track e-filings in both state and federal courts
Maintain and organize case files and legal documents using document management systems
Communicate effectively with courts, agencies, clients, and internal team members
Assist with other administrative tasks as needed to support attorneys and legal staff
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience with legal document management systems
Familiarity with state and federal court e-filing procedures
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Experience with Florida administrative proceedings, particularly those before the Division of Administrative Hearings (DOAH)
