Responsibilities
Provide engineering leadership for multiple Control modules, with focus on Compute
Architect next generate compute and control system and define technical roadmap
Work extensively with cross-functional teams (software, mechanical, integration) to ensure product success
Drive team to consensus in dynamic environment
Demonstrate technical ownership of your program from concept through to deployment
Qualification
Required
BS or MS in electrical engineering or equivalent
10+ years of professional work experience
Strong electrical engineering fundamentals
Track record of successful product delivery
Experience in board and system-level testing and characterization
Experience in computer architecture
Experience in managing engineering teams and mentoring junior engineers
High-speed motherboard design
Working knowledge of schematic design and PCB layout tool (Altium Designer preferred)
Passion for problem-solving (both technical and organizational)
Experience with both prototype and high-volume contact manufacturing, including overseas
Preferred
Experience in functional safety/ISO 26262/FMEA
Experience with taking products through full EMC
Experience in automotive/EV/AV/aerospace/space or similar industries
Experience in software/automation development
Hands-on lab experience, such as soldering, and experience with lab equipment (power supplies, signal generators, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzer)
Familiarity with common industry technologies and protocols, including CAN, Ethernet, GNSS, GMSL2, and NVMe
