Responsibilities

Shape the future of AI by providing expertise in clinical procedures, diagnostic testing, patient monitoring, medical equipment operation, health informatics, infection control, laboratory sample handling, and electronic health record (EHR) management
Challenge advanced language models on topics like vital sign interpretation, specimen collection protocols, medical device troubleshooting, safety compliance, patient communication, and clinical workflow optimization
Document every failure mode to harden model reasoning
Converse with the model on healthcare scenarios and theoretical questions related to clinical support
Verify factual accuracy and procedural soundness
Capture reproducible error traces and suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics

Preferred

Bachelor's or master's degree in health technology, clinical laboratory science, medical assisting, or a closely related field
Certifications such as phlebotomy, EKG technician, or medical laboratory technician
Hands-on clinical experience
