Suggest improvements to our prompt engineering and evaluation metrics

Ability to converse with the model on real-world IT scenarios and theoretical systems architecture questions

Ability to verify technical accuracy and logical soundness

Ability to capture reproducible error traces

Ability to suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics

Clear, metacognitive communication skills

Preferred

Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a closely related field

Industry certifications (e.g., CompTIA, CISSP, AWS, PMP)
